Seller reviewI have used Jared for several houses now and will continue to do so in the future. Honest and hardworking realtor who goes above and beyond to make sure the sale or purchase of your home is seem less. Furthermore, his office provides great help and support when needed. Really can't say enough positives about Jared and the whole Century 21 team. I had a last minute trip heading out of town the weekend I decided to list my house. The cleaner I was planning to use wasn't available and Jared volunteered his personal time to ensure the house was spotless for pictures and showings. That is a rare quality to find in someone. Sure he is trying to sell the home but his dedication to me as and prioritizing my time over his is why I keep coming back. Available almost anytime of day or night to answer any and all questions. The office staff is amazing and can handle any and all needs. Will always recommend them.

He did what he said he would do and I admire him for that. Jared Fleming is the only realtor I will ever use. More importantly Jared is the only realtor I will recommend. Excellent I had/have no issues whatsoever with Jared.

He went above and beyond to help us every step of they way. He even made stayed on top of the bank and attorney to make sure all was ready for closing. This is my 4th house to buy and I have never had such a seamless and easy purchase, I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home!
