My husband and I were entertaining the idea of starting to look to purchase our first home however we had 0 expectations going in. We had heard of intimidating stories from other buyers getting into bidding wars and paying well over asking and we weren't sure if it was the right time to be looking. We had expressed our concerns to Jason & Nick and they quickly reassured us and made comfortable about the entire process. We fell in love with our home the moment we walked in but again, we didn't want to get our hopes up. Jason & Nick went to work and to be honest buying our home was probably one of the easiest transactions we have ever had. They are both extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless and easy, all while getting us the best deal on our home. We were very fortunate to have such great realtors (Jason Dion and Nick Pace) who knew there stuff and weren't afraid to fight for us! We actually called Jason our "Pitbull" he always fought for us and made sure we got the best deal possible. Like with any other realtors they had other clients, but when you were with Jason and Nick you felt like you were their only client. They made sure they focused on us when they were with us!
