Jason & Nick are extremely knowledgeable in their local market and were able to get us a buyer offering way over asking price. Their marketing and outreach skills are top tier- drumming up over 250 potential buyers at our open house. They even ended up staying 2 hours past the end of it to make sure everyone got to see our home.
