    Overall, throughout a crazy home sale that involved a lawsuit, a stubborn seller, incompetent attorneys on both the seller and buyer side, all during a pandemic, both Jason and Nick remained steadfast in their confidence and support of myself and my fiancé as buyers. They went above and beyond at literally every turn to help us get the home of our dreams. Jason and Nick are true professionals and their competence in the real estate field is unparalleled. What I appreciated most is that both Jason and Nick were truthful. You can easily see that they truly care about their clients - not about forcing a sale. We saw tons of houses (probably 30, if not 40) and were out almost every night of the week and most weekends going to showings and open houses, but neither Jason nor Nick ever forced or pressured us into making a decision. If they had concerns or criticisms about any aspect of a house we saw they made sure to raise that concern and explain why it was a red flag for them. As first time home buyers, their expertise and knowledge of the industry, coupled with their truthfulness about each and every property we visited, was invaluable. I would not hesitate in recommending Jason or Nick to any family member or friend for any real estate needs.

    Great at what he does. No regrets having Jason handle my sale or purchase. Highly professional, skilled, & competent. Rarely will you find this level of concern or attention to detail. I would highly recommend Jason Dion and Nicholas Pace. They are a great team. They were on top of every detail. They handled every surprise that came up very easily and predicted most of the pitfalls even during the corona virus.

    I met Jason as a listing agent at an open house when I initially started looking at homes. When logging my contact information (which is standard at most open houses), Jason's knowledge of the area and the property became very apparent early on. As we walked the property, he allowed me to ask questions, and he provided thorough and truthful answers (sometimes requiring follow up responses--which he always did). While I didn't find this particular house to meet my needs, he set me up with listings to my inbox the same day. He took me to look at 8 properties over the course of 3 months--all of which he allowed me to take my time in inspecting when walking the property. Jason communicated with me almost daily to give me insight on a property or as part of the final purchase process. When I finally put an offer on a home, Jason was thoughtful and honest about his suggested offer price vs. the listing price. During the purchase process, Jason put me in touch with an attorney and inspector, both who are as contentious as he is. On the night before closing, Jason came trudging to the house during the season's first nor'easter that dumped about 4 inches of rain in a matter of hours to allow me to do the final inspection (I wanted to see if there were any leaks). He could have easily asked me to do it the following morning when the rain stopped, but he knew how I operated. When I sell and when I purchase again in this area, I will use Jason as an agent. Furthermore, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in Bergen County.

    Jason is one of the best real estate agents I have ever met. Even though he was the seller's agent in the beginning and became a dual agent later on, he was fair to both sides. He is very approachable and knowledgeable. He was also very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I strongly recommend him for your real estate needs.
