Buyer reviewIf you're looking for a real estate agent who's reliable, conscientious, quick to respond and willing to go above and beyond to help you find the home you're looking for, engage Jason Dion. For me, examples of above and beyond included getting the brand names and model numbers of kitchen appliances and sending me PDFs of the instruction manuals for those appliances as well as being available to help me install caps on the sprinkler system in my newly purchased condo. I expect a real estate agent to be personable. Mr. Dion brings much more to the table than that. I believe he'll bring those same qualities to those selling a property as well as those looking to buy one. I can't recommend him highly enough.

From the very start Jason was very attentive to detail ensuring he only showed properties that met my criteria as well as fit my budget. His team made the entire transaction seamless and as stress-free as possible by acting as liaison between all of the different parties involved in the home-buying process. There was several unexpected hiccups but we never felt the brunt of it as they were promptly addressed.
