Jay sold our house in Conway and was our realtor for the purchase of our newly built house. Jay is very personable and professional. He has many contacts in the business and worked with them to make our purchase go smoothly. He goes out of his way to help. Even got a key to my son-in-law, when he forgot his! As a first time buyer I was given so much help and encouragement and I very much appreciate that Jay was always available to answer any questions and allay any doubts or fears I might have had during the process. He made the search a lot of fun, and his personality is a strong point in dealing with his clients. I would rate him a 10+ I would recommend Jay to all my friends who are interested in purchasing because he truly has the clients best interest at heart and works tirelessly to see that they are happy with their choice. His attention to detail was a help as well since he was able to point out any flaws or issues that a property may have had, and to a novice like myself, this was a huge benefit. In short, Jay is a credit to his profession and I hope to help him in the future with many referrals.
