His mother was a well-known local on-site sales agent, and Jay would sit with her in the sales model after school. One day, she was out showing property when another customer came into the office. Seller reviewJay Bonnoitt was a good man to deal with he had no problems answering any questions I had and if he did not know the answer he found out and got back to me in a very timely manner. He also returned my calls if I missed him the same day. I own other property in Myrtle Beach and I will use him again when or if I buy or sell any other property. Jay Bonnoitt set me up with all good people to do my closing, repairs anything I needed done as I live out of town so it was very nice knowing he took care of things for me and I did not have to worry.
