Jayson Sumerix is by far the best realtor in Alma! Jayson knew everything about the community, the houses, and trends in the market. Jayson was able to give us information we would have never known without him! We moved to Michigan from Arizona and while we were still in Arizona, we emailed Jayson about a house we saw on the market. Even though the house had an accepted offer, Jayson went above and beyond to help us with our situation. He even offered to connect us to local schools to help us find jobs. He was amazing and that is why we went back to him a year later to purchase our home. Jayson did a great job communicating with us and making sure we felt comfortable with our decisions! We cannot thank him enough for everything he did to ensure we found our "forever" home. We've told all of our relatives and friends how great Jayson was and how great he will be for others!
