I can't say enough good about my experience with Jeff Schraml. We needed so many things to make our condo safe for my husband who has dementia. He provided ramps for the entrances, took out tile that was not wheelchair-friendly, installed higher toilets and many more some conveniences that I didn't even think of. He answered all my questions very promptly. He was a joy to work with as he understood our personal situation. Every aspect of selling our home of almost 40 years and buying this condo went so smoothly that I can't think of a complaint.

Jeff took most of the stress out of the entire process. I completely trusted him due to his experience & expertise and was not disappointed! He did an excellent job of explaining the process and strategy. I felt secure with him in charge of my sale. Dani has a great personality and drive for sales. As frustrating as the entire buying process can be, we always enjoyed our walkthroughs with Dani because of her report and attention to detail. She quickly learned what we liked/didn't like and did a great job helping us find it.
