Seller reviewJeff was very helpful in assisting with the sale of a house that was part of an estate process. The house needed a bunch of work but we needed to sell it quickly instead of having to pay the mortgage. Jeff helped look at the house and condition and gave honest feedback to what our value and choices were in the market. He helped us navigate the process and options we had in getting a good price and the house sold quickly. Jeff understood the process in working with an estate type sale and also with a house that was in need of being flipped. Jeff keep up updated on status and buyer interest. We got a reasonable offer pretty quickly and were able to close in a reasonable amount of time. I've know Jeff for many years but this was a first in which we've done business and I'm happy with the professional and personal touch he gave to us as a client.
