Jen is the ultimate professional. She truly understood the sale of our home, from a personal and business outlook. She had such a positive connection with my mother, who was selling the home, and understood the delicate nature of the sale. I couldn't be more thankful for the constant updates from her on every step of this process. Jen Amelio is truly a wonderful agent! From understanding the business aspects of marketing a home and completing the sale, to making a strong trusting connection with anyone around her. She is truly the most kind and patient person with everyone involved in the selling process. We have sold three houses in our family and bought 2 with Jen Amelio and Century 21. Jennifer had been my daughter's broker at a time in my daughter's life that she needed someone with knowledge, understanding and always looking out for her best interests. My daughter's trust in every choice, recommendation, etc that Jennifer suggested for my daughter's sale and purchase went without question. In retrospect, i am not the easiest person to deal with as my current position is the "Closing Coordinator" for a custom home builder. And Jennifer listened to my "rantings" at time because of my impatience with lenders and attorneys. She always showed respect to me and that is a quality that cannot be duplicated. That is a #1 character not many people have in today's world. She is the best.
