Buyer reviewJennifer Gilmore was recommended by a friend. Since we are buying property in the area, but currently live out of state, we needed a little extra assistance. Considering the challenges of this, Jennifer was quite helpful. She even went to the property to Facetime us so we could see as much as possible beforehand. I appreciated the extra steps to makes sure that this property fit our needs and to ease my concerns when I couldn't be there physically.

She made sure everything was ready for the FHA inspection, she recommended an inspector for me prior to the sale And made suggestions to expedite the sale process. Jennifer Gilmore was on top of the entire situation since I was hundreds of miles away. I am really appreciative of the recommendation to use her. Entire process could not have gone better. I sincerely believe she is your best agent.
