Jennifer was wonderful, very attentive and considered everything on our wish list when picking houses for us. It was a wonderful experience and we are almost sad we found a house and don't get to continue house hunting with her! Jennifer had our house sold in 2 1/2 weeks!! It is very stressful to have your house on the market, especially because we had an offer in on our dream home with contingency to sell ours. Jennifer helped to make it as stress free as possible and followed up with every showing we had so we knew within 24 hours how the potential buyers felt, it was very reassuring and she did an excellent job.

Having Jennifer as our realtor made us confident that we would sell our home and purchase a new home. Though the process was not easy, Jennifer's knowledge of the market and honest approach to business that made it as smooth as possible. She answered frequent texts and calls on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. There were days after many showings that we felt like we would never sell our home, and Jennifer never gave up. STRAIGHT INTO THE MORTGAGE COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND JEN TO ANYONE IN THE BINGHAMTON AREA, SHE HAS HELPED NUMEROUS FAMILY MEMBERS OF MINE, ALL HAVING THE SAME POSITIVE OUTLOOK ON HER PERFORMANCE AND KNOWLEDGE.
