Seller reviewThe sale of our farm/home was extremely challenging even during the "seller's market". With over 100 acres and several large outbuildings, the list of potential buyers was very limited. We also needed to consider the appraisal aspect since there simply were not many similar properties to provide comparables. At just the right time, we had 3 or 4 potential buyers. Jennifer did an amazing job negotiating with each of them to ensure we received the best deal with the least amount of contingencies. She handled every inspection and walk-through with complete professionalism. Jennifer is organized, responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and respectable. We couldn't be more thrilled with the final outcome of our sale.
