Buyer reviewJennifer Goddard provided excellent service throughout the construction of my new townhouse from October 2020 through settlement in early April 2021. She was always very responsive via email, text, and by phone. It didn't matter the time of day - she responded to my questions late at night and even during her family vacation when I started the home-buying process. Last, I had an unexpected package delivered the night before settlement and she even coordinated with the builder to put the package inside my new house. That's what I call 5 star service. Highly recommend all around!
