She had great connections and was able to get work crews in a very quick and timely manner to do any maintenance that I needed. She took out all the stress of selling a home. This was an estate sale and with me being an out-of-state personal representative, Jennifer was very helpful during all phases, including several rounds of inspections! Jennifer drummed up major interest in the "coming soon" phase...so much so that when listing occurred the estate had multiple offers above list to consider and select the overall right buyer for us. Buyer reviewWe really wanted someone with expertise in the area we were selling in and who had a lot of local knowledge to help us in both the sale of our home and the purchase of another. Jennifer was incredibly attentive and helpful with every request we made or question that we asked. She was able to run down some of the issues we had with the developer and was a good sounding board for a lot of the big purchase decisions we had to make. She had a strong knowledge of new home construction and code which was beneficial throughout our home buying experience.
