Seller reviewJennifer had been our buyers agent when we bought the house and we were very pleased with her hard work and work ethic. She had our house marketed so well before it went active that the day it went active, there were seven showings with another seven the next day. On the second day of the house being active, we received seven offers at or above asking price. She explained the benefits and risks of each of the offers so we could decide the best one to accept. We had moved out of the area before the sale. Jennifer handled all of the details of the repairs and actions requested by the buyer. She stayed in contact with us throughout the process and was very patient with all of our many questions. We would not hesitate to have her as our realtor again and highly recommend her.
