We had not purchased a home in 34 years so we were not familiar with all the details. Jennifer Wise is such a professional and so knowledgeable about the entire process...that was a huge plus for us. She is eager, friendly, helpful, cheerful, quick to explain things and always quick to answer any questions we had. We never once doubted her ability to guide us through this process. We would HIGHLY recommend Jennifer Wise to anyone purchasing a new home in the area!

Seller reviewAfter my mother's move to Dallas to be near us, and with the house in Kerrville, it was somewhat challenging getting her home ready for sale. However, Jennifer worked very hard finding a painter and helping choose a suitable paint color to paint the inside of the home which helped find us our buyer. Her husband also came by and did some yard clean up for us, and cleaned the carpet for us too! Remarkable effort on their part which helped make the home really shine! Additionally, Jennifer was always easy to reach and very responsive to us during all the discussions involving the sale of the home, and negotiating the contracts that were submitted. Jennifer even sent us sweet thank you gifts which was really above and beyond! I would highly recommend Jennifer Wise if you need to sell your home, or are looking for a new home in the Kerrville or Fredericksburg area.
