She was very cooperative, above and beyond, in working with my lawyer and keeping him in the loop about everything. She was diligent in keeping the house on the market at the appraised value, which was a must in selling this house! I really can't say enough about Jennifer as she really kept in the game and got the job done in a very professional manner. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy property. She knows what she is doing and does it! She was always available by phone or email if I had any questions and either had the answers or found them! As I said before, I couldn't be more pleased with this overall experience. Jennifer took charge and took care of everything on her end which was so important as I live3 hours away.
