Jerry looks at every detail of a property and helped me start noticing those details as well. His knowledge for not only the process but for the homes and areas was astounding. He was completely on it at the end, making sure his part was taken care of and stayed in constant communication with me during the waiting period on the listing side. Having never done this before, I needed someone who would be patient, capable of explaining things so that I could understand it, and someone I could trust to do right by me and not let me settle.
