Jerry Davis was everything I could have asked for as a first time homebuyer. He was always available whether it was for a showing or for the multiple phone calls he received from me asking millions of questions. He walked us through the process step by step, always explaining everything in detail. His patience is unmatched. Jerry looks at every detail of a property and helped me start noticing those details as well. His knowledge for not only the process but for the homes and areas was astounding. He was completely on it at the end, making sure his part was taken care of and stayed in constant communication with me during the waiting period on the listing side. I really can't say enough good things about Mr. Davis. Having never done this before, I needed someone who would be patient, capable of explaining things so that I could understand it, and someone I could trust to do right by me and not let me settle. Jerry exceeded all my expectations. He treated me like I was important to him and I could not be more grateful. Overall experience was great. 10/10 would recommend

Jerry He was always available, especially since we were at some distance from the property. He was very knowledgeable about the property, and helped us on whatever we asked. We enjoyed working with him and would easily recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He even helped us find local services in the area. He was always friendly and I cannot remember once when he didn't answer our phone call or text. Jerry made the daunting task of purchasing a home rather easy. He was extremely helpful in every aspect of the purchase. He wasn't just a realtor; he was a friend.

After meeting Jerry the first time while looking at another home, I knew immediately that I wanted him to be my realtor from then on out due to his genuine personality. You can tell that he is a family man, is very respectful, and really cares about making his customers happy. Jerry Davis has been helping me look for a home for over two years. I just could not find the "right one" because it was hard to find one in the area that fit my expectations but he knew what I was looking for and would contact me each time one would become available that he knew was along the lines of the type of home that I wanted. He truly stuck with me for those two years and met me each time I wanted to look at a home. He was VERY patient, kind, sincere, and you can tell that he cares about his customers. I would choose Jerry again and again! I appreciated his help and timeliness every time I contacted him.

We used Jerry on our last home purchase, based upon recommendation, and he was absolutely the best real estate agent we ever worked with. When we decided to purchase another home, we called him and he pulled through for us again. About to use him to sell our current home. Can't recommend him highly enough. He is SO knowledgeable, ALWAYS responds promptly, no matter how you reach out: text, email, phone, etc. If you don't use Jerry, you're not giving yourself a fair shot at finding the home of your dreams.

We listed our home FSBO. Jerry had a client interested in our home and he called me directly. He was very professional on the phone and even asked if I was willing to work with a buyers agent. We did not have a good experience trying to sell the home a year previous with another agency and actually entered into a lease with option to buy agreement which turned into an almost eviction. We were so weary of the long process of preparing and trying to sell our home prior to meeting Jerry. We took pictures of our home on a Wednesday, listed the home on Zillow on Thursday, had 5 showings on Friday with 2 offers. Jerry called me back on Saturday informing me of his clients interest in making an offer. I was very impressed with his negotiating preparation conversation as he informed me of their aggressive interest yet in a very professional and coaching way. Once we received the offer from Jerry everything was very smooth from the contract to the due diligence agreement to the buyers early possession of the property agreement to the closing. Jerry was not my agent but I felt he was while also remaining primarily a representative of the buyers. I had never met Jerry prior to his phone call, but have been so impressed with his professionalism, negotiating skills, his character, approachable demeanor, and would definitely call him if we were to list with an agent.
