Buyer reviewFrom the moment we spoke on the phone I could see that Mrs. Rubino wasn't just in it to sell homes she was genuinely vested in making sure my family found the perfect home Mrs. Rubino was very knowledgeable of the area comps and on negotiating on what was really important Mrs. Rubino made herself available at any and all times of the day that was convenient for me. My overall experience with Mrs. Rubino was phenomenal she paid attention to detail and the needs of my family and eased the worries of first time home buying.

Buyer reviewAs a young man, I had know Idea how the field of real-estate works. Having someone in your corner who not only knows their stuff, but will also look out for you is very important. During this process, Jill definitely took that position and ran with it. She made things clear, she pointed me in the right direction, and she was always very straight forward. With great listening skill, she found locations that interested me. She waited things out with me even when we both weren't sure how things were going to go. She continuously check on me, during the entire 9 months and she was there with me every step of the way. From stairs braking on me, to me putting up stair railing, until the day I became a house owner at closing. She was very joyful and caring. I know that I was ment to complete this process with her. Thank you Jill for all of your help! You're awesome!
