As an experienced Realtor with Century 21 Arizona Foothills, I bring a strong background of the trades to the table. I was in the electrical trades for 25+ years. I have done extensive plumbing and carpentry as well. I mention this because it has given me the knowledge to walk through a home and point out the positives and negatives of the home's various systems. This has helped my buyers to see past the simple repairs found at inspections, as well as give them some insight as to what it will take to fix some of the more serious issues. As for my sellers, my experience has given me the ability to help them get their house in "Sale Ready" condition. I always have my client's back through the entire transaction, from showing to closing. If I don't know an answer to one of your questions, I will get the answer. This was a new build and Jim used his significant experience in the building industry to help us make the right choices for the present and potential resale value in the future if we ever decided to go that route. He worked with our builder rep to ensure items were followed up on and he provided insights to us about what needed to happen with the builder. Jim really provided a trusted voice in the process and as we were out of staters building this house, Jim went above and beyond to inspect the process for us when we could not be present. We picked the houses we wanted to look at and was able to identify a place in a month. Jim also provided me insight with his thoughts on the properties and negotiated on my behalf. The Escrow process was extremely smooth for a first time buyer like me and all kudos to Jim on that. He also helped me get in touch with a broker who got me a favorable interest rate. Overall 11/10 for Jim. Highly recommended.
