Jim Celio is a very experienced realtor who was thorough in his research, price point and marketing of our home. He was knowledgeable in understanding what home buyers are looking for and had good contacts for excellent contractors to quickly remedy some repairs needed before the sale. Jim Celio communicated at lightning speed with all parties involved in our house sale. His knowledge of the legal aspects of CT probate laws in regard to a home sale is excellent. Jim Celio went above and beyond in the attention and advice he gave to us throughout the selling process and our house sold very quickly for a very good price. I will highly reccomend Jim Celio to other home sellers or buyers!

I have never had nor heard of, a realtor who goes so far above and beyond their duties as a professional realtor. Jim truly cares about his clients and makes sure he thoroughly understands their needs and concerns as well as insuring the clients thoroughly understands the reality of their expectations. He is beyond courteous and professional, exemplifying kindness, thoroughness, and integrity in all his dealings, be it client or contractor. I wish the other people I have had to deal with during this moving process were even a 1/4 as wonderful as Jim has been He has made a traumatic time a most bearable experience. To anyone buying or selling their home: you will never find a person more qualified or better able to assist you in your endeavor. His lifelong knowledge of the market, area and business is legendary and for a good reason. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for him and the exceptional job he did for me.
