From the very outset Jim was proactive, prepared and knowledgeable. Jim managed negotiations with the buyers impeccably! He solved every problem, glitch, ...everything proactively and professionally. He anticipated issues prior to those issues being problems. He is an amazing problem solver Jim was so (!) patient with me. I asked a lot of dumb questions but Jim never made me feel dumb, quite the contrary. He walked me through every detail, at times more than once. His experience is how this deal closed. Without his experience the house would not have sold and would not have sold at the price that it did. His experience was invaluable to this transaction
