Seller reviewThis is the second time I have sold a home and after my first experience with Jim there was no hesitation that I would use him again this time. Jim has remained in touch since my last home sale. He is always checking in to see how things are going or sending cards throughout the year. Just like the first time, he was quick to act when I told him I needed to sell my home. He had everything ready and in order when we met up for the first time. As his slogan says, when selling the home he was "Always on the Run" for me. Jim worked tirelessly, always available to answer questions and calls and be at showings. His guidance and advice went above and beyond. I was thankful to have Jim as a realtor and friend while selling my home during a difficult time. I look forward to working with Jim again when I purchase a new home in the near future.

Buyer reviewWhat can I say about Jim Gann? He asked us to trust him, and I'm so glad we did. Everything worked out perfectly! Even with the current COVID crisis and the competitive housing market, Jim was able to help us get the house of our dreams, navigate through two roof replacements (old house and new thanks to a couple of recent major hailstorms) and close on our old house - all in a little over a month! And who could ask for a nicer guy? He's professional, knowledgeable, and all around great. I couldn't recommend him more:) Thank you Jim!!
