The process was not exactly smooth, but he was always available via phone, very professional and would quickly tackle any issue that arose. I will definitely use Jim when ready to purchase my next home.

Seller reviewMy wife and I own an estate sales company oh, and we met Mr Gann at one of our state sales use extremely Percival and despite speaking to multiple agents we were not going to go the route of using an agent, however after speaking with mystery van and truly building a strong rapport with him that's when we made the decision to go forward with an agent and we sure glad we did it earned us quite a bit more money than we would have been able to do on our own. In addition to that are cell was quite a challenge for all involved in everyone on the agent side was always there to help us at all times. My wife and I had decided we were going to sell it ourselves to an investor, before we met Mr Gann at one of our estate sales he introduced himself and clicked right away and he was very personable and very friendly and extremely helpful and in every aspect of the deal we were very happy with the outcome he went above and beyond on the deal with some of the aspects of the titling queen and the title company went well above and beyond the Call of Duty for us and we couldn't be happier with judge fite in especially in Jim Gann has been an absolutely wonderful agent and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
