She has been the consummate professional as I encountered the challenges of life and the best "timing" of a purchase. Buying a home requires that you have someone like Joan. She showed me so many places and was always patient with me. I am a special type of a client-I have an orthopedic disability. Joan helped me find a place that best meets my needs. Joan and I looked at many communities in Boca Raton and as I expanded my search to Delray Beach we finally found a better deal that would work for me. Joan oriented me to the benefits and drawbacks of different properties, always keeping in mind my unique needs. It is my 4th day in my home and it just keeps getting better and better.
