She kept checking in with us a couple times a week and always had our best interest in mind!! Joan went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She helped us through every step of buying a building a new home. She even sat with us until 10:00 at night going through contracts and picking out everything in the design center making sure we were happy and taken care of.
