What she didn't know about estate sales she quickly asked and found the answers. We had problems that came up during the listing time, i.e. furnace motor went out, water pipe burst, and Jodi was willing and able to help me with the long distance management of getting things done. She was patient with me as I kept pushing for the price I thought was fair and we got it. Definitely would recommend Jody to sell your property.
