Seller reviewJody Olson was a tremendous help to us during the time we were selling our home in Hermantown. We moved out of town and she would check on our home, make sure it was ready when we had a showing and help us with a name of a young man to take care of our lawn. It was very stressful to have a home sitting empty and Jody checking on our home made it easier. She gave us great advice to make our home more appealing to buyers. I would highly recommend Jody to anyone selling their home.

Buyer reviewThe minute I met Jodi I was comfortable with her. She is very professional! She was more than willing to show us anything we wanted to see. I never felt rushed. Jodi came to our house to show us the way to the office to sign the final papers. Just as she showed up, my husband had fallen off the back of our moving truck and broke his ankle in three places. She advised us which hospital to use and took care of handling the paper work. She ended up coming to the hospital in the night to have us sign the papers so we could have final possession of our new home. She had us laughing and forgetting about the mishap. If there was a category above excellent I would have marked all of them. Jodi advised us in negotiations so we were able to buy this house. Jodi worked so hard to make our deal come through and on time. She has become way more than a our agent, she is a true friend! Jodi made the experience of buying a home in MN wonderful. She is so fun and interesting. We loved all of her stories and hearing about her family and friends. Jodi seemed to be as excited about us moving to MN as we are.
