Seller reviewWe had seen Jody's reviews and had known of her for years. Had confidence in her skills and integrity! We were selling a home at the higher end of the local market and we're only willing to do so if we hit our top price, to accomplish our next goals. Jody kept our home front and center in the market and never pressured us to settle for less. She had an excellent handle on the local real estate market! Her calm demeanor helped steady us during ups and downs of showing and selling! And when we hit some snags with buyers' timing on our closing, Jody AND their realtor worked together (round-the-clock!) for DAYS to resolve all issues and bring us to a successful close of escrow!!!

She's very knowledgeable about the area and seemed to almost read our minds about what we wanted and didn't want. Jody was always available day and night to answer any questions we had. She was extremely easy to get ahold of every time. She would respond to texts or return calls within minutes! Everything went much smoother than I could have even anticipated from finding the perfect house, negotiations, to dealing with the contract and closing . Even with Covid going on, Jody and Century 21 were available, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with. I will absolutely recommend Jody and Century 21 to my friends and family.
