Jody was always available, pleasant and patient with my never-ending questions. She was not pushy and did not make me feel rushed to make a decision. We had some very specific concerns about our house and she was very open about how some of these items would affect the sale of our home. She went above and beyond, in helping us get our loan funded through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Without her help, our purchase could very well have fallen through, due to the constant stalling tactics,used by this lender. Our closing was delayed nearly three weeks, and I was so stressed, with the whole process. Jody constantly reassured us, and we are so happy, we chose her to represent us!
