Joe was very attentive to our requests which included assisting with not only finding homes in different communities, but also providing background and indepth information for those communitites. As a first time home buyers, the process was really overwhelming, but Joe walked us through everything so patiently and happily answered all of our many, many questions. He was so attentive to what we wanted and took us to view multiple properties, even if he knew the property wouldn't fit our needs. Joe never pushed us to make a decision and posed the right questions to us as we deliberated putting down an offer.
