He was available at all odd hours for questions and viewings, and had lots of info to offer about the various areas around Washington. After several viewings with Joe, he seemed to really learn what we were looking for in our house, often finding new listings the day they came on the market for us to see that were in the "style" of home we were looking for, as well as being "real" and not being afraid to tell us that a certain home might not be what we're really looking for.
