    As the last of our children was about to graduate, it was time to consider listing our home for sale. Having raised our family in our home for the last 21 years, it was a lot of work to prepare both physically and mentally to sell. Joe Vitale was recommended to us by family members who assured us that he was the right person for the job, and they were right. When we met he asked about our goals, prepared a market study that substantiated a selling price that exceeded our expectations, had expert advice for how to prepare our home for showing, and was very readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had through the entire process. Although we had offers almost immediately, the first one fell through. As stressful as this could have been, Joe guided us through just exactly what we need to do to get back on track. Within a few days we had additional offers and accepted an over-ask offer within the same week. From start to finish Joe was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely supportive.
