    This is the sixth time I have used Joe to buy or sell a property Joe always goes the extra mile to help with pricing, staging and negotiating contracts. In addition, his attention to detail is awesome Most importantly Joe is a wonderful and ethical person who truly cares. Not only have I had him sell my properties, I have also referred family and friends to Joe, and they all have the same fabulous service! Joe is awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying or selling a home! Even during the onset of COVID, Joe worked to get the house sold. My buyer took a while to close, as he was in California, but Joe worked to expedite the the closing and kept me informed throughout the process.
