When I officially closed on the house, John was really happy for me. That made him feel like a friend, so much more than a realtor. I had said once to John that one of my fantasies in owning a home was sitting outside on my deck and drinking a cup of coffee, enjoying my outdoor surroundings. We visited many, many townhouses/homes in search of the ideal outside space. Now, as I write this review of John, I'm sitting on my beautiful, private deck drinking coffee. He did it.
