Over 25 years ago, I became a Realtor to help clients navigate home buying and selling with great service, integral market knowledge and care. Every buyer and seller has a unique set of circumstances, wants, needs and goals. Once I have that information together we develop a specific plan of action tailored to each and every client. For most, buying or selling a home will be the largest purchase or sale of an asset in their life and navigating through this process can be stressful and overwhelming. My goal is to simplify the entire process, keep you informed and minimize the pressure and strain on the way to closing.

We interviewed other brokers and unfortunately decided not to sell but to rent. Jon left an impression on me and my wife so we kept his number. A few months later, when we changed our mind about selling. Jon was the first person we called. He came back out with another great plan that included the updates we made based on his previous suggestions. When the house sold, in 2 weeks, Jon was right on point with the selling price. He even negotiated more than what we were expecting. We had moved out of state. Jon handled everything quickly and easily which made our relocation a lot less stressful.
