Over 25 years ago, I became a Realtor to help clients navigate home buying and selling with great service, integral market knowledge and care. Every buyer and seller has a unique set of circumstances, wants, needs and goals. Once I have that information together we develop a specific plan of action tailored to each and every client. For most, buying or selling a home will be the largest purchase or sale of an asset in their life and navigating through this process can be stressful and overwhelming. My goal is to simplify the entire process, keep you informed and minimize the pressure and strain on the way to closing.

Buyer reviewJon Lafferty was the only reason the purchase of my home even happened. Jon went above and beyond my expectations. He ensured everything continued to move forward to my satisfaction. Problems with the previous homeowner and their agent, Jon took care of it. Delays from the sellers title company, Jon took care for that too. Jon was at every appointment, the inspection, every step, answering my questions. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking to sell or buy a home with confidence that he would work as hard for them, as he did for me and my family.

Buyer reviewJon was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. He was very clear in his explaining the entire process of buying our condo. My experience with the mortgage company I selected was challenging, however if it wasn't for Jon, literally, I wouldn't of known my closing time, location, or the exact amount I needed to bring to closing. I literally would of been heading to Livonia 4.5 hours earlier than the actually closing time and at the wrong location, 40 minutes further away. He is very trustworthy and I am grateful for his strong work ethic to serve his clients. I would and will absolutely refer him to others without a doubt.

He had also spent time showing my daughter a home last summer. I would recommend Jon to any of my family and friends. I also felt it was important in keeping my business within my networking group. Jon was there for me throughout the entire process. Even when he went out of town, he set up another agent to help until he got back, staying in contact while he was gone. Whenever issues came up, Jon was there to negotiate and get the order closed.
