We are thankful that we had Jorge by our side handling the sale of our home. We had to failed escrows where the buyers got cold feet. Our home wasn't in the perfect location so we wanted to drop the price. Jorge kept us grounded and in the end, we walked away with a lot more than we expected and were willing to take. We moved out before the sale even took place but we trusted Jorge 100% so he handled everything. He has worked with other friends of ours and the service was exceptional. They say the third time is a charm; well, that's the case here with Jorge Gamboa phoning me out of the blue to see how I was doing with my condo listing. Terrible things were not moving at all. If I did not answer the call, I don't believe I would be here today writing this review. Jorge spoke with confidence and realness while keeping it grounded without giving me the sales pitch. I had plenty of calls from realtors, but Jorge was different. He delivered from with actions, and my lady and I were most impressed with his work ethic and self-drive to achieve the common goal, which was to sell my condo after four months in idle with previous agents. From our first meet and greet, Jorge was professional in appearance, manner, and knowledge. His confidence gave me the confidence to sign the contract and let him do his stuff. Jorge tweaked the interior furnishings, added insight to details, and created a listing that highlighted all the great features of my condo without overselling or trying hard. My most significant admiration was Jorge's self-drive and work ethic from cold calling and speaking to anyone that was possibly in the market looking for a trendy condo in a superb location of West Hollywood. This wasn't an easy task as my condo is a studio that is a little more on the smaller side; however, Jorge spent hours and hours making calls letting people know a rare little gem is up for sale. Determination and creativity, along with a high work ethic, brought us to the sale's fruition. I would say Jorge is a friend, not just a sales agent that sold our condo. I highly recommend Jorge to get that job done for you because he will! Thank you for making this sale possible Jorge, you took a significant weight off our shoulders and fast-tracked escrow with taking care of the entire process without having individual parties do it for you. My fiancé and I knew Jorge was a genuinely approachable realtor since, over the 4 years that we lived in Jefferson Park, we'd stopped into numerous open houses that he was hosting in the area. Each time, even knowing that we were not candidates to buy that house, he greeted us warmly and we always had a great conversation catching up with him. As our agent, Jorge did an amazing job advising us on things we could do to improve the presentation of the home before we listed. He helped us handle every curveball or unexpected buyer request that came up during the escrow period. And he got us more money than we ever thought we could get for our home. Nobody could have done a better job representing us as sellers.

We were concerned that we missed out on being able to get top dollar. Jorge got us $100,000 more than our already crazy listed price. We don't attribute this to the market because our home is in a very specific pocket of LA and every other home for the last month sold at or below asking price. Jorge is simply the best!
