I appreciated his responsiveness, and particularly appreciated that he explained to me step-by-step the home buying process. I came out of this transaction not only with a home but with a wealth of knowledge and a detailed understanding of the home buying process. Jorge Gamboa was always available in person, by phone and email to answer my questions. This was particularly important to me as I would often have questions out of normal working hours. Jorge is the man. We've worked with before and this time was no different. We got the property that we liked and didn't have to look at 20 properties. Jorge is by far the most Intelegence real estate agent I have ever worked with. As an investor, I have worked with many agents. Listing and selling my property was the least of what he did for me.
