Poconos Real Estate Specialist! I was lucky enough to be born and raised in this beautiful corner of Northeastern Pennsylvania. I grew up in a very large family with 5 Brothers and 4 Sisters. This is how I learned the art of negotiating at a very young age! I have been married to my wonderful wife Robin for going on 30 years. We have 3 awesome children who also call this neck of the woods home. I am proud to say I am a Veteran. I served this beautiful country of ours for 6 years as a Builder in the United States Seabees, this is the constuction battalions for the Navy. I also serve as a volunteer fire fighter for my community for the past 25 years. I have been the Dive Rescue Captian for the last 15 years for the Ledgedale Dive Rescue Team. I am a very community minded person and stay involved in the development of the township by serving on the local planning commission. Real Estate is not only my job for the past 10 years, it is my passion. I love the opportunity to meet new people every day and embrace the challenge to find a home or property that fits their needs. I look forward to introducing you to my beautiful part of the world.

Buyer reviewJoe spent several days driving me around looking at many houses and never once did I feel like a burden to him or his time, he shared his thoughts on house he knew weren't right for me and he taught me things to look for that are tell tale signs of structural and water damage. Well, me and Joe share many hobbies and passions like fishing and hunting so I would say, I enjoyed his stories as we drove around looking at houses because it helped make me feel very comfortable at a time that would normally be stressful. I would recommend Joseph Sledzinski for his vast knowledge in houses and the home buying process. He grew up in the Pocono and Wallenpaupack region and knows every inch of it. All this combined knowledge evokes a strong sense trust for his clients.

Seller reviewJoe Sledzinski works for the customer. We had unusual circumstances that involved us living out of state and the selling of a loved ones homes. You must put a lot of trust in that individual to handle such a sales. Joe was on top of it and we came in within our bottom line. We had not experience in sell a home. We gave Joe our selling price and he made it work, even with everyone else telling us we would never sell the house for that price. You have a dedicated professional.
