As a spouse of a retired Military Veteran, my family has relocated many times, therefore I understand the unique and often very stressful challenges that every family experiences when it's time for a move or during an important life change.

Seller reviewJoy always reponded to questions I may have had at any and all times. I TRUST Joy becasue she shows professionalims where many at thier jobs in RE often do not. Joy was always polite, respectful and always follows up on client concerns. Some of the questions on this questionare are not applicable due to macro eonmomic conditions. However Joy would always again respond promptly to any questions and concerns I may have had. I have worked with other realtors before that would not answer the phone, take days to call back when I would leave a message asking for a return call. Just plain lazy and unfrofessional. Joy was great to work with.

Seller reviewVery pleased with your agent, Joy Hosier, in the recent sale of my property at 935 Birch Ave. In our initial meeting she shared with us what needed to be done to make the home marketable. She maintained in touch with us on every detail, no matter how large or small. She did an excellent job getting the listing to a large area in the state. A very lovely lady that represented her self well. I would definely recommend her and please note that your company is lucky to have her on your staff.

Buyer reviewLet me start by saying Joy is amazing! I loved how involved she was in helping me find a home. She made herself available for viewings and answered all my questions. We were never left in the dark about anything and she went above and beyond to help us get into our new home. She also connected us with the right people through out the process. Having a great realtor on your side makes the whole house buying process a lot less stressful so I highly recommend Joy for anyone looking to buy!

Communication was very excellent on her part in keeping me appraised of what was transpiring and also on what needed to be done and what to expect. She was very accessible especially with the time difference as I am located on the West Coast. She also recommended a local lawyer who was very helpful and did not charge an exorbitant amount. I would not hesitate to work with Joy again. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.
