As a spouse of a retired Military Veteran, my family has relocated many times, therefore I understand the unique and often very stressful challenges that every family experiences when it's time for a move or during an important life change.

Buyer reviewJoy was an absolute pleasure to work with! She listened to our needs and our desires and worked diligently to find us our home! We have called Joy with very short notice and she made herself available, as well as the homes that we wanted to see. Looking for a home 927 miles away seemed like it would be difficult, but Joy made it simple. She took the time to know us well enough to preview homes for us, she even did several video walk-throughs with us, always pointing out the things she knew we'd want to know and maybe couldn't tell from a video. We will, and have, recommended Joy to work with all of our friends and family.

However, I believe Ms Hosier's ability, skill, and focus to the sale of my property has given me good reason to make an exception, and to break my rule.
