Helping people find their next step is what I love most about my job. When my clients are ready to move forward with that next step, I love being beside them from the beginning to the end of that process: walking with them, sharing my knowledge and experiences and allowing them to share their feelings along the way. As much as I love helping my clients, I feel they give back to me as well. I love the knowledge of life they share with me along this path and sometimes the friendships that end up being formed. I cannot imagine myself doing any other profession and so I look forward to helping you in your next step.

Joyce was an amazing realtor to work with! She was able to work with my wife and I all the way from California moving back to Indiana. She was so wonderful at timely communication and we never had to worry about the home buying process. 10/10 I would work with Joyce again. I would truly recommend her to all my family and friends.

Joyce helped us in the buying process of this house, and she was our first thought when we knew we were going to sell the same house. Having bought and sold with Joyce, our expectations are super high for any other real estate business we may do in the future. She took her time, answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. She made sure we understood every part of the selling process. We really cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for our family.

This was my first house purchase and Joyce really put a lot of effort in to making it an excellent experience. If I was confused on anything she fully explained what it meant before continuing. Joyce Craven also went above and beyond and did all she could to be as helpful as possible. I would highly recommend her!

Joyce was great from beginning to end. This was my boyfriend and I's first home purchase and Joyce was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Joyce is great and is very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, etc. I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process! My boyfriend and I stated that we were interested in a home through Zillow or Trulia and Century 21/Joyce was assigned to us. We had met with one other agent, but Joyce's experience and personality is was sold us on using her through the entire process.
