We honestly fell into a lucky pot when we found the house and the agent who had in-depth knowledge of the property. We do not know what we would have done without Joyce's guidance, experience and support during the process of buying our home. I travel extensively, and had a limited opportunity to be in town and available to coordinate about the home. Once our offer was accepted, she was able to make sure we were able to get the house inspected quickly. She made sure she was available for us during the inspection process and kept us abreast of every detail. I do not know what we would have done without her; it was a very smooth process to get us into a home we truly fell in love without any stresses.
