Buyer reviewMrs. Eychner is an excellent real estate professional. My wife and I have numerous rental properties in another city. As we transition to the Hill Country of Texas, Mrs. Eychner has assisted us in finding several perperties. We will not use another real estate agent.

Seller reviewWe chose Judy based on a strong recommendation from our son-in-law's family. Also, her local contacts and knowledge of local conditions was very important. Judy Eychner was, in fact, perfect for us. A particular benefit to dealing with Judy was her knowledge of local contractors, which allowed us to get some repairs and renovations done quite easily, even though we were out of town. In fact, Judy was really great for out-of-town sellers. Judy was extremely accessible. The house was a tough sell because it had not been well maintained (not poorly maintained, mind you, just not well maintained by the ageing parents living there), and Judy's local contacts (contractor, plumber, etc.) made it easy to get repairs done without having to go to Kerrville.

Buyer reviewI called CENTURY 21 The Hills Realty because of my interest in a house they had on the market in Kerrville. Judy Eychner was the listing agent on the house. This house did not work out, but because I liked Judy and her understanding of my needs, I continued working with her (6 months) until we found the right house! Judy was knowledgeable, professional, kind, responsive, patient, courteous, trustworthy....all of the attributes you want in a realtor! House buying is not high on my "fun things to do list", however, Judy made it seem pleasant and almost painless! I hope never to move again, but if I do, Judy will be the realtor I call on.
