She was understanding of our anxiety resulting from that gut-wrenching experience and gave us confidence again through her expertise that she could turn around our home in short order -- and she did. Buyer reviewI was looking for/buying a home in KERRVILLE long-distance from SAN DIEGO...made an offer on one Judy Eychner had shown me at Christmas, then opted out. Judy sent many listings. Went to EXTRAORDINARY measures to find just the right home for me...one that wasn't already under contract the minute it hit the MLS! Very hard to do in Kerrville. She handled inspections, tricky offer details, even cleaning before I moved in. Best realtor I've EVER worked with!!! Can't say enough about Judy! It was a life changing move for me...very stressful at best, then my granddaughter died during the process. Judy couldn't have been more understanding, sympathetic and patient. She should be Realtor of the Year!!!
