I pride myself on being a good listener to determine the specific needs of the families and individuals I work with. I work tirelessly as an advocate for all sellers and buyers, regardless of price point. My real estate career began in early 2014. Through hard work and dedication, I have closed close to 100 Million Dollars and have hundreds of happy clients. I moved to Tampa in 2011 with my four children, so, I am personally sensitive to the challenges, stresses, and excitement of moving. When it comes to moving, I often think of our corporate and military families. Tampa is fortunate enough to have a huge military presence, and I have become loyal advocates for the military families through the various military programs. Working with those members and families who have served this country has been extremely rewarding and is truly an honor. My territory is extensive, and you will always be deal directly with me. Seller reviewJudy Ossian is a fantastic realtor who quickly assessed my needs as a seller, provided valuable insight into the current market, and accurately assessed my property's value. We decided to list the house while I was out of town for two weeks, and she told me that at the very least she would have an offer for me by the time I got back. Well, she was right. As I headed off to Europe, she arranged a broker's caravan and had a dozen or more families come see the house. While I was still in Europe I had TWO offers, including a full price offer. I couldn't have been happier. Judy is a true professional who works hard, understands the area, understands her clients, and achieves results.

Seller reviewWe have worked with Judy on a number of real estate deals over the past 7 years. We've referred our closest family and friends as well. I don't think either my wife or I would have felt comfortable during this process with anyone other than Judy. It really is such a comfort to hand a huge responsibility to someone else and know that you are being taken care of by the best there is at what she does. We consider Judy to be a friend, but please don't let that cloud our glowing recommendation to anyone. We genuinely could not have been happier!! It only took a few days- so, that was great. Seller reviewJudy was well prepared for our first meeting with local comps and a plan for how to price the property. She was responsive and professional. We moved out of town and Judy checked on the property frequently which we really appreciated. She was amazing to work with. I'm so sad she can't help us find a house in Georgia. We were hoping for a higher sales price and Judy was able to calmly walk us through the offer and help us understand where the market was at with comparable properties. I'm happy we went with her guidance because we were able to close quickly and receiver a higher price per sf than other houses in the area.
